Debarati Nandee draws inspiration from her native in Assam and her family's Sylheti roots. Being a foodie, she loves to replicate ideas and inspirations from everyday life to her Kitchen. Together with her husband, she runs a French Cheese company, Amiksa Cheese, in the pristine mountains of Mashobra in Himachal Pradesh near Shimla.
